Short, loose dress in opaque, flowing satin dress with cinched elasticated waist. Long, loose sleeves, tightened with smocking at hem. Adjustable V neckline with ties and small ruffles at top of collar. Elasticated waist. Smocking on sleeve hems and shoulders. Perfect for a day at the office or for a special occasion.
