Delivery

We currently ship to mainland France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands.

Delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days. We do our best to meet these deadlines.

Delivery options and rates:

• France: delivery to a pickup point for €4.9, or home delivery for €7.9
• Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands: delivery to a pickup point for €5.9, or home delivery for €8.9
• Spain: delivery to a pickup point for €6.9, or home delivery for €9.9

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.
A €5 fee corresponding to return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How to return an item easily

1. Log in to your Maje Second Hand account.
2. Generate your return shipping label in the “My Orders” section.
3. Carefully pack the item(s) and stick your shipping label.
4. Drop off your return parcel at the location indicated on your return label.
5. You have 14 days to send your parcel back to our warehouse.

Items being returned must be in the same condition as described at the time of purchase — not damaged, stained, washed, altered, or worn (except for fitting purposes). Please include the original packaging and any accessories related to the product(s).

Once we have received and checked your return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. It may take a few days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
