Short dress with a close-fitting top and a flared bottom section. Flowing fabric. Wide, mid-length sleeves, gathered at the bottom with smocking. Small guipure collar with velvet bow on the front. Smocking on the top of the dress. Shirred on the sleeves and waist. Small opening at the top of the back with covered button.
